A COZY HOME IN QUEZON CITY

We take a look back at one of the houses we made earlier in 2022. This beautiful 2-story home was due for renovation, and one of our long-term clients had asked us to do it for them.

Almost all the furniture pieces you will see in this house are custom-made by us. Together with the curtains and blinds, these are all custom pieces we build and select for every client. We manufacture all our furniture from scratch and also restore existing ones.

MAIN LIVING ROOM AREA

This house used to have only one living room area, but it now had two after the renovations. One for the guests and another for the family when they need a more intimate space to get together.

We opted for the living room pieces that take advantage of the house’s large windows. It was a deliberate choice to go with earth-tone colors for the furniture. Going for a warmer and more relaxed vibe to the home.

2ND FLOOR LIVING ROOM

Oh, and here’s the other living room I mentioned in the last paragraph. This space was a new addition to the home, the client trusted us to construct and design this new space. The dream was simple: intimate and relaxing. This was where family and close friends could come together for some afternoon snacks or a chat. The flooring planks used for the entire house come from our friends from Matimco.

DINING ROOM

In the dining area, the decision was easy—make it comfortable and hospitable. The chairs we made for this home complement the client’s heritage-piece dining table.

MASTER BEDROOM

In designing the master bedroom, we turned to a more subtle approach. We focused on building the essentials, a comfortable mattress, and a durable bed frame.

BEDROOMS

There are a total of four bedrooms in this house including the master’s. You’ll see below that these rooms are home to the children in the family. Mixing and matching pieces to match each personality.
