A SPACE TO UNWIND & RELAX IN ROCKWELL
In 2021, a client asked us to renovate their unit in Proscenium at Rockwell. It was a 2BR condo unit, and our vision was a space where friends and family could unwind over snacks and some tea in the hustle and bustle of the central business district.
Almost all the furniture pieces you will see in this house are custom-made by us. Together with the curtains and blinds, these are all custom pieces we build and select for every client. We manufacture all our furniture from scratch and also restore existing ones.
MAIN LIVING ROOM AREA
The main living room is the centerpiece of where we wanted people to unwind. A shared space in the center, together with an L-shaped sofa. While the nook on the corner is complemented by a console table and two barstools to give someone a small workspace overlooking the street.
DINING ROOM
Just beside the living room is the dining room. We manufactured these accent dining chairs to bring out more life in the area. But more importantly, the dining experience had to be comfortable. We wanted friends and family to feel comfortable just chatting here. After all, authentic moments are shared in conversations during and after meals.
KITCHEN AREA
We know condo owners always have issues with small spaces, so they need something other than off-the-rack furniture. We manufactured this custom modular kitchen cabinet with a granite countertop. Our focus here was accessibility and aesthetics–matched in contrast with a darker countertop and a lighter tone of brown for the modular kitchen cabinets.
BEDROOM
Simplicity was our primary focus in this bedroom. Hence we focused on accentuating the natural light with pieces that created a nice contrast between light and dark colors.
MASTER BEDROOM
At the client’s request, the master bedroom was a place they wanted to feel comfortable in. Watching Netflix, reading a book, or taking a nap during the day, comfort and ambiance were essential to making this bedroom a great place to sleep in.
