THE NEWEST ROCKWELL PROPERTY GETS A MAKEOVER
The owner wanted to make the property a home for family and guests. We did that, utilizing the space in The Proscenium at Rockwell. It becomes the perfect mix of intimacy and chill. Our team manufactured almost 90% of this unit’s furniture pieces (10% being Rockwell’s existing cabinets)!
DINING & LIVING ROOM AREA
With a 1BR unit in The Proscenium at Rockwell, it only makes sense that both dining and living areas are close. It’s also a no-brainer that adding a mirror to a limited space gives the illusion of a larger space. Enough of that, and let me tell you about the custom furniture pieces we made for this unit. The dining table, chair, cabinet, wall fixtures, and push-lock cabinets on the left-most of the dining table are all pieces we’ve made.
Looking at the living room, the entertainment cabinet, shelves, coffee table, side table, L-shape sofa, window couch, and the shelves surrounding it are pieces we’ve made. Since most Rockwell properties have a fixed color scheme in their units, we focus on accentuating those elements with our furniture colors. After all, you get a Rockwell property because it’s a Rockwell property!
We even put up a small area where you can relax by the window!
KITCHEN AREA
As it’s a Rockwell property, it comes with the original cabinets. The only thing we’ve added is the tempered-glass backsplash you can see along the countertop.
BEDROOM AREA
Out of all the clients we’ve worked with, lighting has always been at the top of their requests — with only one primary light source in this bedroom, excluding the window. Sufficient lighting would always be a cause for concern, and our solution was to install some LED strips inside the headboard. The bed frame, headboard, entertainment cabinet, overhead cabinet, vanity table, chair, mirror, and curtains are all made by our team.
